About Silviya Bakardjieva
Silviya Bakardjieva is the Founder and Managing Consultant of Ability Consult Ltd. She is a management systems consultant, lead auditor and conformity assessment professional with more than 20 years of experience across industrial, service and international project environments.
Her background combines a Master’s degree in Informatics from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, postgraduate qualifications in Management, Marketing and Business Law from the University of National and World Economy, and a two-level Certified Financial Analysts training programme delivered by the University of Delaware – Bulgaria and BAMCO with USAID support.
